HARWOOD William Michael "Bill / Billy" Passed away peacefully on 19th April 2020, aged 89 years. Left the world to re-join his beloved wife Jean. The funeral cortege will leave from Blay Close, Blackbird Leys on Friday 1st May at 10.30am and travel to Oxford Crematorium for a private service.
