PHIPPS Joyce Elizabeth Sadly passed away peacefully at home after a short illness with her family by her side on the 24th February. The funeral service will be held at Oxford Crematorium on Friday 20th March at 10.00am.Family flowers only, donations if desired to Marie Curie Cancer Care (Nurses).
