FRAZER Gwen Peacefully at home on the 19th of February 2020 aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Arthur, much loved mother of Ian and Jane and devoted nanny of Rebecca, Joshua and Lee. Funeral to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Tuesday 10th of March at 2pm. Followed by a wake at The Griffin, Newlands, Witney. Family flowers only please.
