DAVIES MBE Paul Mehefin Passed away peacefully on 15th February 2020, aged 92 years. Founder of The Oxford Concerto Orchestra. Teacher to many. Funeral service to take place at Kidlington Baptist Church followed by burial on Thursday 5th March at 12 noon. Family flowers only. Donations will support Homeless Oxfordshire c/o C.S.
