SMITH Sarah Anne Sadly passed away at the Churchill Hospital on Monday 20th January, aged 49 years. Daughter of Val, Adored wife of David, Loving mum of Connor. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Oxford Crematorium, St John's Chapel on Tuesday 25th February at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations preferred to Sobell House Hospice or Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary, c/o The Co Operative Funeralcare, Unit 1, Holyoake Hall, London Road, Headington, Oxford, OX3 9ED
