LOWE Norman John Passed away peacefully on 20th January 2020 reunited with Wyn, Loving Father to Alan, Alison and Andrew, Father-in-law to Debbie, Allan and Kay, Sadly missed by all of his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and his brother Brian. Funeral at South Oxford Crematorium on 10th February 2020 at 15.00. Donations to Dementia UK c/o S&R Childs, 4 Elms Parade, OX1 9LG.
