Gerard Manners van Dam 1st June 1939 19th December 2019. Died peacefully at home in Enysham, Oxfordshire on 19th December 2019. Dearly loved brother of Erica, Bobby, Thea & Mary. Gerard will be greatly missed by all his family & friends. A celebration of Gerard's life will take place on Friday 17th January 2020 at 11.30am Oxford Crematorium, Bayswater Road, Headington, Oxford, OX3 9RZ
