TARLING Hazel Joyce Née Parnell Died peacefully at home on 5th December 2019 aged 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Harry, a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her twinkly smile will be greatly missed. Her service will take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Monday 23rd December at 4pm. Family flowers only please but donations for the Donkey Sanctuary would be welcomed by The Individual Funeral Company, 86 Rose Hill, Oxford, OX4 4HX
