MILES Oliver Died with dignity on 10 November 2019 after a short illness, aged 83. Diplomat, linguist and scholar, loved by all. Husband of Julia, father of Joe, Tom, Hugh and Lucy, and grandfather of eleven. Private family funeral. A memorial service will be announced later. Donations in his memory to Medical Aid for Palestinians map.org.uk
