EDWARDS Cecilia Frances 'Frances' Passed away on 6th August 2019, aged 94 years. A much loved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister who will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be held on Monday 2nd September at Oxford Crematorium, St Johns Chapel at 2pm. The family request bright colours to be worn to celebrate the life of Cecilia.
