PARKER Roland 'Joe' Passed away on 15th May 2019 aged 79 years with his family by his side. A loving husband, father & grandfather. Funeral service at Oxford Crematorium on Wednesday 29th May at 11:30a.m. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Sobell House Hospice c/o L. Hartness Funeral Service 11 Victoria Road, Bicester OX26 6QD.

My all life brother-none finer. He will never die while there is quality in this world. School boy swimming champion, Morris motors . . Boxing club, press steel footballer. Married to Elaine the love of his life.
