Joan RIMMER

RIMMER Joan Wife of the late Rev. Paul Rimmer, died peacefully on April 18th. Joan was born in Ulverston on August 1st, 1924 and was married to Paul in 1949. Their marriage lasted for 69 years until Paul's death in July 2018. The Rimmers retired to Wolvercote in 1990 after 31 years in Old Marston. They had two children, Clare who died in 2008, and Julian who lives with his wife in Essex. The funeral will take place at St. Peter's Church, Wolvercote, on Tuesday, May 14th at 2.00 p.m. Any donations will be divided between St. Peter's Church and Christian Aid.
