Williamson Canon Tony Williamson Tony passed away peacefully aged 85 on 12th February 2019 at home in Watlington, Oxon. Worker priest, forklift truck driver, team vicar St Luke's Cowley, associate priest St Leonard's Watlington, chairman TGWU 5/60 trade union branch, councilor on Oxford City and Oxfordshire County Councils, Oxford Lord Mayor (1982-83), Oxford Diocesan director of education, chairman Watlington Parish Council, Unite Faith Workers branch representative, OBE. Loving father of Ruth, Paul, Hugh and Ian, loving husband of Barbara and Jill. He cherished his eight grandchildren. Service celebrating Tony's life at St Leonard's church Watlington at 12 noon on 1st March 2019.
