PHILLIPS Sheila On 4 January 2019, aged 91, passed away peacefully at home in Oxford. A much loved mother, grandmother and friend. Past Chair of the Oxford Guild of Tour Guides. The funeral service will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Saturday 26 January at St Giles' Church in Oxford, where she was married in 1953. All welcome. Donations if desired to Médecins Sans Frontières.
