WELHAM David Edward Peacefully on 4th January 2019, aged 81 years. Much loved husband of Sylvia, dearly loved daddy of Sarah and Geoffrey, greatly loved grandad of Alfie, Chloe, Edward, Elles and Ilse. Funeral Service at Oxford Crematorium on Thursday 17th January at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Helen and Douglas House and Parkinson's UK c/o Edward Carter (FD), 107 South Avenue, Abingdon, OX14 1QS.
