Glynn Rachel Passed away peacefully in Freeland House Nursing home on 5th December 2018, aged 87 years. Loving Mum to Paul, Lynnette and Dan. Proud and devoted Grandmother to Daniel, Tristan and Liam. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Mass will take place at SS Gregory & Augustine Catholic Church on Tuesday 18th December at 2.30pm, followed by cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired will further support Alzheimer's Research UK and may be sent c/o C.S.
