JACOBS David Adrian Passed away peacefully at home on 6th December aged 59 years. Beloved husband of Deborah,loving father of Daniel,Dotty and stepfather to James,also a much loved Grandfather to Lucy,Brother to Dean and Max. Who will be very sadly missed by all his family and many friends. The funeral service will be on Thursday 20th December 2018 at Oxford Crematorium at 1.00pm .No flowers by request But donations for Macmillian Cancer Support & The Churchill Oncology Ward can be sent c/o S&R Childs Funeral Services 10 The Parade Kidlington Oxford OX5 1EE Tel 01865 378888.
