Payne Herbie Passed away on Sunday 7th October aged 76. Loving partner to Jane, father to David, Denise, Richard, Louisa, Bobbie and Alison and grandfather to 11. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him. The funeral service will take place at Oxford Crematorium on Thursday 25th October 2018 at 2pm.
