The week following Jaguar skills' show at the O2 Academy has been hell for me. Surely that means it was the night of my life?! And, yes, it was!
I had enough floor space and people didn’t push me, although I was with the oldies at the back of the venue. (and near the bar!) I arrived at the beginning of Adam F's set and moaned and whinged as he played dubstep primarily. I hadn't come out to walk on the spot, after all!
Fun was had and there were good tunes aplenty. He played an awesome mix of 'Put your Hands up in the Air' and a few other jumpy tracks.
Then it was time for Jaguar skills. Carnage! Oh my gosh. I was on another planet. Kissing girls, confessing my undying love to friends, breaking up fights and making friends with EVERYONE. Boom!
It was unreal. Now, I may be wrong, but Jaguar Skills, the man in the mask, had another trick up his sleeve tonight - I believe he had an mic! Yes, he does have a mouth behind that Ninja disguise.
“I want everyone to smash out to this one!”, he said, as he dropped a mix of 'Smack my Bitch Up'. And we did as we were told.
