Water bowl: Yes
Biscuits: No
Garden: Yes, big beer garden and deck overlooking the river, winner for when the warmer weather

Other notes: Only way to get there is walk, which is good exercise. Thames path gives access from Iffley, New Hinksey, and Kennington.
For the humans: There’s a small seasonal menu, mostly fresh, local and organic (us dogs appreciate that too, you know), and includes vegetarian options. Smelled good. It’s an Independent pub serving English real ale from Appleford Brewery and Cotswold Brewing Company. New house wine is Argentinian Merlot, nice well balanced good value so my owner says.
Verdict:3 paws out of 5.
