BANBURY Museum is planning a busy Easter, with children's activities on offer throughout the holidays.
Most events are "turn up on the day" and do not need advanced booking, though children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

The museum will be open every day except Easter Sunday, and opening times are Monday to Saturday 9.30am5pm, and Sundays, Good Friday, and Easter Monday 10.30am4.30pm.
Events include: * A hands-on exhibition "Tudors" is open every day until April 23 and entry is free. Visitors will learn about Tudor times with items to see and touch. Children can dress up and appear in a Tudor portrait, sit at the banquet table, or "be punished" in the stocks. The exhibition is on tour from Buckinghamshire County Museum Service.
* Funny Bunny's Easter Prize Trail will take place every day until April 17. The cost is £1.50 each trail, to include a free pencil and prize. Entrants will follow an Easter Bunny's trail around the museum to win a prize.
* Game On Prize Trail will take place every day until April 28, with admission £1.50 each trail. Children will try to win a prize by discovering the museum's historical games and puzzles. Free pencil included.
* Art Cart: Crafty Tudors, will run every afternoon of the Oxfordshire school holidays until April 23. £1 per person, from 2pm-4pm. Children can drop in and create their own craftwork to take home.
* Tudor Times' Activity Backpacks. For children ages 3-5, and open every day until April 23. £1 per family. Visitors can explore the Tudors exhibition with the help of museum staff.
