How about this for an offer: join the biggest party in town, hang out with great people in a cool venue, dance to cutting-edge music and raise money for charity?
To good to be true? It certainly sounds like it. But, predictably, it's all very real. And the best bit is, we're all invited.
Following a month of activity, the city's Oxjam festival hits an insanely high note tomorrow with the club night to end all club nights - Confused Disco.
Taking place in the Cellar, Frewin Court, the bash not only features some awesome DJs, but a clutch of very tasty bands - with the emphasis on indie-electro, electronica and dance.
And with all the action taking place at close quarters, on the venue's intimate, eye-level stage, it's sure to be a night to remember.
And, yes, it really is all for a good cause - namely Oxford-based charity Oxfam. So the more people turning up for a shandy or two, the more cash goes into the good fight to end poverty in the developing world.
The night features sets by London band Lesser Panda, Sam Annand's acid-tinged drum and keys outfit Architeq, and Oxford's hottest new act Num8er N1ne.
Then there are DJ sets by the lovely Lady Pilot and Nelly B Page, and a bunch of guys more used to getting a crowd going with their instruments rather than their deck-skills: Youthmovies, as well as The Evenings and Sunnyvale Noise Sub-element, who will, interestingly, be challenging each other to a DJ battle "to the death".
The brains behind the night is Holly Reading, who, despite, her rather cool name, is not a soul singer, but an organiser for Oxfam.
"It's going to be an amazing night," she said, gearing up for the night by practicing some moves in her Cowley Road flat.
"We've got some incredible bands including a couple of my personal favourites, which will be followed by a night of awesome tunes.
"There will be something for many musical tastes - including a few tasty surprises."
Holly, who will also be celebrating her birthday on the night, said the venue was the perfect location.
"It's probably the best club in Oxford," she said. "It's big enough to hold some great gigs and club nights, but small enough to feel really intimate.
It's like watching a show in your front room.
"And, because it attracts the cool kids, you never know who might turn up."
Much excitement will centre around the appearance of the enigmatic Num8er N1ne.
This brother and sister outfit consists of electric drum and percussion maestros Tom and Rosie Kilpatrick, who serve up sizzling platters of electro, breakbreat and drum and bass.
"We got the name from the house in Summertown where we used to live", says Tom - who now lives next door.
"We're not what you'd expect from two drummers. But everything you hear is us using our hands and feet. And it's really well received everywhere we play. Our first gigs have gone down a storm."
And he can't wait to get stuck into his set tomorrow. "It should be really good," he says. "Loads of our friends are coming down and there will be some amazing music."
Oxfam's Helen Moreno has a double interest in the night. Not only is she a committed member of the charity's marketing team, she is also one half of Lady Pilot, alongside friend Tricia Slimming.
"We'll be playing a real mixture of stuff," she says. "But mostly it'll be old-skool electro and dance. We'll also play requests - as long as they're cool. Many people have put a lot of effort into this. It's going to be a good night with a really eclectic group of people, and loads of dancing.
"And it's all for a great cause."
Confused Disco takes place from 8pm-3am, at The Cellar tomorrow. Tickets are just £4 before 10pm.
