TRUCK Festival, Oxfordshire's biggest celebration of rock and new music, has been cancelled.
The event, which was due to take place at Hill Farm, Steventon, near Didcot from July 30 to August 2, has been called off because of coronavirus.
It would have featured sets by Bombay Bicycle Club, Catfish and The Bottlemen, The Kooks, La Roux and Oxfordshire's Rhys Lewis.
The festival will take place next year, from July 23– 25, with tickets remaining valid but refunds available.
The announcement follows the postponement of Cropredy, Riverside, Towersey, Henley and Rewind, locally, and Glastonbury, WOMAD and the Isle of Wight, nationally. Notting Hill Carnival today announced its cancellation.
Remaining events are expected to cancel imminently.

In a heartfelt message to festival goers - or 'Truckers' - the organisers said: "We’d like to start by saying how eternally grateful the whole team is for all the support and messages you’ve given us through this difficult period, it’s been a tough time for all of us and we’d like to thank you for your patience.
"We’ve tried every possible avenue to make this year’s show a possibility. However, regrettably, we have to let you know; after a full review with the relevant local authorities; and with the best interests and safety of our festival-goers, artists, staff, the emergency services and our suppliers, in mind; we are truly devastated to confirm that Truck Festival will not be able to take place this year."
They added: "The good news is we’re pleased to confirm that tickets, upgrades and glamping for this year’s festival will automatically be rolled over to 2021. So if you want to attend next year, no further action is required.

"If, for any reason at all, you’re not able to join us for the new dates, you’ll be able to claim a refund on all tickets, upgrades and glamping. We’re working closely with our ticketing partners and they will be in touch with instructions on the next steps within seven days.
"Thank you again for your continued support, it really does help the festival keep going year after year and Truck would be absolutely nothing without you guys.

"We also want to offer our thanks and gratitude from the whole team for the continued dedication and hard work of all at the NHS, key workers and volunteers in trying to combat this horrible pandemic.
"Rest assured we’re now putting our absolute all into planning the best Truck you’ve ever seen and can’t wait to welcome you in July 2021."
They concluded: "For now, keep safe, keep healthy and look after each other."
