House prices in Oxfordshire have shown their biggest monthly rise in two years, latest figures have revealed.
Statistics produced by the Government’s Land Registry show the average price of a property in the county in February was £238,620, up one per cent on the previous month.
The last time prices rose by one per cent was in February 2010.
The value of the average Oxfordshire home is now 1.8 per cent more than it was at the same time last year.
