Bosses at a hi-tech Oxfordshire firm have pledged that it is business as usual following its takeover by a London rival.
Star Logic based in Tetsworth, near Thame, was bought for an undisclosed sum by Fourth Hospitality.
The company, which provides information technology sustems to the catering industry, employs 15 staff and a spokesman said they will continue to work for the combined company, with the Tetsworth base being retained.
Star Logic founder Stuart Wilson will also remain at the helm of the company as part of the deal brokered by Oxford solicitor Stuart Malcolm.
Mr Wilson said: "This acquisition provides Star Logic with all the tools we need to accelerate our ambitious development plans.”
Fourth Hospitality managing director Ben Hood added: “The Star Logic acquisition will provide Fourth's customers with an even more comprehensive and flexible offering.
“In addition, Fourth and Star Logic both have a number of clients in the US and as a combined force we believe we can realise our ambitious plans for that important market over the coming years."
