Leisure software company Gladstone, which employs 80 staff at its headquarters in Hithercroft Road, Wallingford, saw its shares leave the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange this week following its acquisition by Canadian company Constellation Software.
Gladstone directors Said Ziai, Roderick Chamberlain and Bob Critchlow left the company after initially resisting the hostile takeover.
Earlier this month, they were forced to accept the offer, which valued the company at about £18.5m, after Constellation acquired a majority of the shares.
The were replaced by John Billowits and Mark Leonard of Constellation. Mr Billowits, who is acting chief executive, said: "Gladstone is a recognized leading provider of software solutions and services to the health and leisure and education sectors in the United Kingdom and Australia. We are excited to welcome the Gladstone customers and employees."
