Educational computer firm RM has been voted Top IT Employer at the 2010 Top Employers United Kingdom awards, run annually by the CRF Institute.
The awards are aimed at rewarding “the smartest, most forward-thinking IT organisations in the country”.
Abingdon-based RM scored a five star rating across all five categories including career development, working conditions and company culture.
Russell Govan, human resources director at RM, said: “We work extremely hard to maintain the highest HR standards at RM and to provide our employees with the best possible environment to work in.
“It is also important for us to offer all our staff the necessary opportunities to further their careers, so it is really pleasing that we have been acknowledged by the CRF in this way”.
