Nominations are open for this year’s First Women awards.
The contest, supported by the CBI, will be hosted by TV presenter Clare Balding.
Open to senior-level businesswomen and professionals, the awards include 12 categories ranging from public service and finance to science & technology.
Last year’s science & technology winner was Oxford Science Park-based Annika Small, who is chief executive of the Nominet Trust.
Katja Hall, CBI deputy director general, said: “Celebrating ground-breaking women across the UK helps inspire others.
“For businesses, harnessing talent from a diverse group of people is an essential ingredient for success.”
Entries close on April 10 and winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at the London Marriott Hotel on June 11.
