House prices in Oxfordshire fell by 0.8 per cent last month, latest official statistics have revealed.
Data from the Government’s Land Registry shows the average price of a property in the county now stands at £242,035, compared to £243,985 in February.
Prices are now at their lowest since last July, although they have increased by 1.7 per cent over the course of the last year.
Nationally, the average price of a home in March was £161,793, a rise of 0.1 per cent on the previous month.
