Notification of Public Exhibition - Land at North Hanwell Fields, Warwick Road phase
On behalf of Persimmon Homes, Pegasus Group are holding two public exhibitions to outline proposals for a new residential development of up to 280 homes on land north of Hanwell Fields, Banbury as part of an emerging allocation in the Cherwell Local Plan, previously called the Core Strategy.
The scheme would help to boost the supply of housing in the local area which may include provision for affordable homes and will include areas of public open space. Members of the local community are invited to attend the following public exhibitions:
Thursday 20th September 2012 Hanwell Fields Community Centre, Rotary Way, Banbury, OX16 1ER 1pm - 5pm
Saturday 22nd September 2012 Hanwell Fields Community Centre, Rotary Way, Banbury, OX16 1ER 10am - 1pm
Representatives from the development team will be on hand to discuss the proposals and listen to any feedback which will be carefully reviewed and taken into consideration when finalising the plans.
