Notice of application for a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licencing Act 2003

Proposed licencable activities Sale of Alcohol, to consume off the premises, licensing hours applied from 7am to 9pm Monday to Saturday 7am to 9pm, Sunday 8am to 9pm.

Responsible authorities and interested parties (people living or working in the vicinity of the premises named above) wishing to make a representation about the application should do so in writing, stating the licensing objectives upon which the representation is based.

Any representation must be received within 28 days of the date of the application (by 04.10.2012) at: The Licensing Authority, Oxford CityCouncil, St Aldates Chambers, 109 St Aldates, Oxford OX1 1DS.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
