The Vanburgh Hotel - Application for a Premises Licence

Take notice that an application has been made by Sojourn Hotels (Oxford) LLP for a Premises Licence in respect of The Vanburgh Hotel 20, 22 and 24 St Michaels Street, Oxford OX1 2EB whose relevant licensing activities are:

The Ownership and management of a new hotel and restaurant premises together with ancillary offices pursuant to which the application is to serve alcohol and hot food and provide live and recorded music at all times within its owners discretion to residents and between 7.00 a.m. and 12.00 midnight Monday to Saturday inclusive and 7.00 a.m. to 11.30 p.m on Sundays to non residents.

To the following Licensing Authority: Oxford City Council, St Aldate's Chambers, 109-113 St Aldates', Oxford OX1 1DS where the record of the application maybe inspected. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations about this application in writing to the above relevant Licensing Authority by the 8th October 2012.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a Premises Licence which is punishable by a maximum fine up to level five on the standard scale
