Application for a New Premises Licence

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Minakshi Ben Amin give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of 153A Milton Park and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of Park End Stores, to sell intoxicating Liquor of all descriptions for consumption off the premises, between the hours of 06.00 - 18.00 Mon - Fri.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE before 5 September and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
