Notices under the Trustee Act 1925

The VA Tech Wabag UK Limited Defined Benefits Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”)

Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were Members of the VA Tech Wabag UK Limited Defined Benefits Pension Scheme formerly known as the Wabag Water Engineering Defined Benefits Pension Scheme.

Notices have been sent to Members and other beneficiaries.

 It is believed that all Members and other beneficiaries of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified.

Any person who has not been contacted in respect of the Scheme, and who believes they have benefits under it, is required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest or beneficial interest including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, dates of entry into Membership of the Scheme to: St Ann’s Pension Trustees Limited, St Ann’s Wharf, 112 Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 3DX as to reach that address by 7th September 2012.
