Take notice that an application has been made by Skender Drizi Milano’s 92 Cowley Road, Oxford OX4 1JB whose relevant licensable activities are A licensed bar with live music, late night refreshment, dancing and similar entertainment to vary the premises licence by Extending the hours until 1.00 a.m. in the morning of the next day from and including Sunday to Thursday and 2.00 a.m. the next day on Friday and Saturday in each week also extending the hours for a further hour on all bank holidays.

To the following licensing authority Oxford City Council, Ramsay House, 10 St Ebbes, Oxford OX1 1PT where the record of the application may be inspected. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations about this application in writing to the relevant licensing authority by 1st August 2012.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application to vary a premises licence which is punishable by a maximum fine up to level 5 on the standard scale.
