RE: WILLIAM MICHAEL BELL DECEASED

PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27
NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of William Michael Bell late of 30 Stonehill Lane Southmoor Abingdon Oxfordshire OX13 5HU who died on the 21 December 2015 letters of administration to whose estate were granted out of the Liverpool District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court on 28 July 2016 by Judith Anne Hannah the Administrator named in it ("the Administrator") are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before October 5th 2016 after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
