Oxford Thames Four Pillars Hotel - Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Oxford Thames Four Pillars Limited the owners and operators of the Oxford Thames Four Pillars Hotel situated at Henley Road, Sandford on Thames OX4 4GX applied to the Licensing Officer of the South Oxfordshire District Council for the variation of a Premises Licence. The proposals:- Licence bedroom block - Garden Rooms, the sale by retail of alcohol on the premises 24 hrs a day 7 days a week, late night refreshment from 23.00hrs to 05.00hrs 7 days a week to residents and their guests. To further license current bedroom blocks late night refreshment from 23.00hrs to 05.00hrs 7 days a week to residents and their guests.

The full application can be inspected between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday at the Council Offices (see below) and a summary of the application can be viewed at www.southoxon.go.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction of the offence is not exceeding £5000.
