NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 14 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Florey building 23-24 St Clements Street York Place Oxford Oxfordshire OX4 1DW
Take notice that an application is being made by Queens College Oxford, Mr David Goddard, for planning permission to change of use of the York Place entrance from pedestrian to land within the development of the Florey Building, Queens College Oxford OX1 1DW. This is in relation to the regularisation of the boundary line and relates to an area of approximately 5m2 across the York Place entrance to the Florey Site The Planning Authority is Oxford City Council 109-113 St Aldates Chambers, St Aldates, Oxford, OX1 1BX.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
