LICENSING ACT 2003 Application to for a new Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Kurt R D Moxley, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of LAM Brewing, Unit 68 Sandford Lane Industrial Estate, Sandford Lane, Kennington, Oxford, OX1 5RP, and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of the sale and supply of alcohol to the public from the brewery

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before 04.08.2016 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Itisan offenceknowinglyor recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
