Application for a new Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Catherine Nicholson, give notice that I have applied to Vale of Wh ite Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Wells Stores, Peach Croft Farm, Radley OX14 2HP, and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 0900 to 2300.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Ave nue, Milton park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before 22nd July 2016 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
