Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

We, Booker Limited, of Equity House, Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1LT apply for a variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Booker Cash and Carry, Osney Mead, Oxford, OX2 0ES to vary the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows:
Details of Variation:
To vary the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off of the premises as follows:
Monday - Saturday: 07:00 - 23:00 Sunday: 07:00 - 22:30

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Team at Oxford City Council: St Aldate's Chambers, 109 St Aldate's, Oxford, OX1 IDS. Representations must be received no later than 20th July 2016. The application may be viewed during opening hours at Oxford City Council's Offices or at www.oxford.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
