Appeal by Mr A. Jones
Land to the North-East of Lower Road, Chilton

Notice is hereby given that Mr A. Jones has appealed against the decision of the Vale of White Horse District Council to refuse planning permission for the erection of 50 new dwellings; new access; open space; landscaping and associated infrastructure. The appeal has been given the reference APP/V3120/W/16/3144075.

In response to the reasons for refusal, the Appellant proposed to amend the description of the development to:
'Outline permission for up to 40 new dwellings including 16 affordable homes along with associated landscaping, open space, and drainage infrastructure at land off Lower Road, Chilton, Oxfordshire. All matters are reserved, save for means of access.'

A revised illustrative layout plan has been prepared, which can be viewed on Framptons' website under 'Recent Projects & Consultations - Chilton'. Any person wishing to make representations on the amended proposal is invited to correspond with the Case Officer at PINS, namely: Ms Rachel Gaffney Case Officer
