LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Fake Festivals Ltd is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises 'CARTERTON FAKE FESTIVAL' (a marquee and secured fenced area) which are situated at Carterton Community College Grounds (a defined area only), Upavon Way, Carterton, and Oxfordshire.

The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows: 'Carterton Fake Festival', to provide on one Saturday per year the: Provision of live and recorded music between 12:00 and 23:00 Supply of alcohol between 12:00 and 23:00. Open to the Public between 12:00 and 23:00.

An application for the above has been received for one Saturday per year. Fake Festivals Ltd will inform the licensing authority of the date each year. Applications may be inspected at West Oxfordshire District Council offices during normal office hours.
