NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
TETSWORTH MEMORIAL HALL

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Caroline Cann give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation of a Premises licence for Tetsworth Memorial Hall, High Street, Tetsworth, Oxfordshire OX9 7AB in respect of Additional proposed licensable activities: To allow for the Supply of Alcohol at any fund raising event falling on Thursday to Sunday of any week - normally between hours of 1200 and 2400.

Full details of the application can be inspected on the licensing register during normal business hours at the address given below.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton park, Abingdon, OX14 4SB before Saturday 7th November 2015 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
