LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
To whom it may concern, take note that I, Fiona Elliott, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of The Studio, 3 Swinford Cottages, Swinford, Witney, Oxon OX29 4BY and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of the sale of alcohol on a mail order basis.
Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Oxon, OX10 8ED before the 4th June 2015 where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
