Soha Repairs Contract 2015

Expressions of Interest in tendering for a responsive repair, emergency repair and void maintenance contract in Oxfordshire.

Soha Housing Ltd is a registered social landlord managing approximately 6,000 social rented and leasehold domestic homes in Oxfordshire and the surrounding districts. We are seeking expressions of interest from Contractors forthe responsive repair, emergency repair and void servicing of our homes. The contract is for the provision of this work for an initial term of 3 years extendable at Soha's sole discretion for up to a further 2 years.

The contractvalue is likely to be approximately £2,400,000- £3,700,000 per annum excluding VAT over the 3 years.
Contractors interested in tendering for this work under the EU restricted procedure should contact the person named below for a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. The closing date for completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaires is noon on Wednesday 18 March 2015.
