Application for a variation of a Premises License.
To whom it may concern, take note that U & I Fuels Ltd give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation of a Premises licence for Summit Service Station, Thame Road, Stadhampton, Oxford, OX44 7TP that I have applied under S.34 Licensing Act 2003/ S84 in respect of To sell alcohol in the new Budgens Building in Stadhampton, Currently Selling in the Post Office and tilling station
Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon. OX10 8NL before 16th January 2014. And where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
