LICENSING ACT 2003

Application for a new Premises License To whom it may concern, take note that I, Helen Hazlewood, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises License in respect of General Elliot Public House, 37 Manor Road, South Hinksey, Oxford, OX1 5AS, and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of: The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, the provision of regulated entertainment (live & recorded music) and the provision of late night refreshment 1200-2300 Monday - Thursday, 1000-0000 Friday & Saturday, 1100- 2200 Sunday.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Oxon, OX10 8ED before 26th September 2014 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
