LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Premises Licence

Matthew J.A.T. Todd applied to the licensing authority, Oxford City Council on 29 July for a premises licence for the Jericho Barn behind 107 Walton Street Jericho, Oxford OX2 6AJ with these proposed relevant licensable activities: the sale of alcohol for consumtion off the premises by internet selling online 24hrs each day, but only available for collection between Thursday 1200 - 2000 Friday 1000 -2000 Saturday 0830 - 1600, Sunday 0900 - 1300 sales at the Jericho Barn may also accur at these Times.

Under section 158 of the licensing Act 2003, it is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to £5,000, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
