NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Robert Peter Adams late of Carrick Springs, 19 Church Lane, Middle Barton/Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7 flBX who died on the2June2014, is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by the 5 September 2014 after which date the Executor of the said Deceased will distribute the Estate of the said Deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
